Gramix is a company with 31 years of experience in nonwoven industry. We are located in central Poland near Lodz. We are specialized in production of non woven fabrics form both natural and and synthetic fibres, dedicated to production of mattresses and upholstery furniture.
Our waddings are produced by method of needling and thermo-bonding, in densities from 80 up to 2000 g/m2. Thanks to our specialized and experienced staff of engineers we are able to create products that are suited for the most demanding needs of our clients. Our main business partners are companies producing mattresses and upholstery furniture for IKEA. We have Oeko tex and TUV certificates.
Our company is specialized in manafacturing non woven fabrics produced by method of needle punching and thermobonding. Our products are used as upholsery fabrics in furniture industry.
We are able to produce our nonwovens form many types of fibres: sheep wool, lambs wool, camel wool, cotton, PLA fibres, silk polyester, polypropylene, recycled fibres.
